Copyright Declaration

Upon acceptance of an article, the author must submit a declaration form and a copyright agreement to the publisher. The author is entitled to retain the intellectual property and copyright associated with their scientific contributions. The author must know the journal’s publication process before submission.

The contents of this material are protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced or used in any way without the owner's prior consent. However, providing a complete citation to the source may waive the requirement for consent. Please take note that all rights are reserved.

Copyright and Ownership

Before publishing an article, authors must obtain permission from the publisher for any significant revisions. The content should be genuine, non-slanderous, and not infringe on legal rights. The corresponding author must sign and accept responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of all co-authors. In consideration of the following rights:

  • This article is protected by proprietary rights, which include employment, consulting, stock ownership, honoraria, paid expert testimony, patent applications/registrations, and grant or other financing rights. You may use this article, including tables and figures, in future works as long as you recognize the publisher as the copyright holder. You may make copies of this article for personal use only, not for sale.
  • Authors submitting articles to the journal must verify that their work is free of plagiarism. All entries will be checked for plagiarism. If plagiarism is identified in a published paper, the authors must apologize to the original authors. If the article contains plagiarism, it will be instantly rejected. Additionally, authors will suffer a five-year publishing embargo. In these circumstances, the journal will notify the authors.
  • All authors must state any financial or personal links with other individuals or organizations that could have an undue effect on their work. Examples of such partnerships are employment, consultancies, stock ownership, honoraria, payment for expert testimony, patent applications/registrations, grants, and other financing sources. When submitting their work to the journal for copyright, the authors must convey their concerns about the conflict of interest
  • When submitting articles, authors are obliged to respect ethical standards by verifying that the content is original and has not previously been published for any purpose. Furthermore, authors must include accurate and full details about the data and resources utilized in the study, as well as proper consent and authorization information. Once accepted for publication, an article cannot be published in any language or form without the approval of the copyright holder. Adherence to these principles is vital for maintaining the publication's integrity and upholding ethical standards in the field.
  • To submit an article successfully, the corresponding author must ensure that the authorship list is in order, and any changes, such as adding, deleting, or rearranging authors, must be made before the article is accepted and with the consent of the journal editor. Any modifications must be justified and approved by the appropriate author. When adding or removing authors, prior confirmation from the author in concern is necessary. After accepting the article, the editor will only consider revisions to the authorship list in extraordinary cases. During the evaluation process, the article will not be published. Any accepted modifications to the authorship list will be mentioned in a corrigendum if the article has been published online
  • Articles will be amended, withdrawn, deleted/retracted, and re-published under the publication policy.
  • The Article Processing Charge will not be refunded to the author if the article is withdrawn or retracted.
  • The database team will be solely responsible for adding an article citation to the specific database, see the indexing and abstracting Neither the journal nor the publisher are involved in accepting or rejecting an article from the database. The journal/publisher also does not influence the article's processing time for citation in that database.
  • In the instance of a dispute or violence, only the Pune Judiciary, headquartered in Maharashtra, India, will consider and discuss it.
